2. It sells but I see none of the gil going into my account. I have the same total after the sale as I did before.

By your account, do you mean your personal gil total, or the retainer that sold it? If you meant your gil total, check your retainers, they're the ones that hold on to the gil from your sales until you withdraw it.

Yup, this! You've probably racked up a small fortune and your retainer is just hoarding it for you.
