1.20 is due out for early -mid dec (if not pushed back) so it will be in the next week or two, but given thanksgiving for the west is soon, it may be a day before the patch or it may be tomorrow or yoshida may sneak into the office to post it tonight.

I see the problem here. You're reading the roadmap and forming expectations based on that. Don't. Or if you prefer the academic answer. Do not.

You're kinda dropping the ball there dev team. Leaving us hanging for a week, while posting completely unrelated topics in the meantime. Sure, they might be filler to give you more time to prepare the list of action changes, but from where we stand it could as well mean that you are stretching it out for no apparent reason but for the sake of delaying them.

Plus, and this is quite important, we have been told that the information would be provided to us starting soon after the release of 1.19, yet so far we are closing in on December with half the information received.

While making sure that the patches come as the roadmap states AND making sure the game is getting better is most important, you shouldn't drop the ball with situations like this either if you want to build trust between the customers and the dev team.

It's a mess.

It's as he said. There's really no arguing with it. The fact is they made a promise and didn't keep it. It would be nice if we could at least get regular updates of their progress if they aren't able to deliver within their initial time range. Of course, once the info is released it will be mostly water under the bridge, but that doesn't mean people won't be frustrated in the meantime. We basically know the info is already finalized; SE should seriously be giving their all to get it out there as soon as possible. And even if small changes are made in the end you can just slap "adjustments are under development and subject to change" on there, and boom, no harm done.
