First of all, you should progress with the storyline to the current point or at least to the point where you unlock all the dungeons needed for expert and 60 level roulettes and also the latest 24-man raid (Weeping city of mhach).
You can begin by getting dungeon gear for a slight upgrade and afterwards getting lore tomestones (i230 gear) and in addition with the gear of Weeping city(i230) you can upgrade easily.
Last, we have two upgrades in the Alexander series (Midas ->i220 and Creator->i250). You can unlock them after some point so you can begin getting armor from there as well.
