How about we make Parry keep its current effect (maybe increase the frequency added per point, I'm not familiar with whether that is high or low) and add a 10% speed boost+10% TP reduction on Parries?

It would be more interesting and fun than the stats we have right now. It'd be something you actually feel, and not just parse.

Well, Selene's buff is pretty negligible. But yeah, except it comes with a TP cost reduction to prevent tanks from spamming themselves into uselessness.
