Possibly error in FATE "The Prodigal Son"?

During the FATE "The Prodigal Son" in Mor Dhona, you follow the NPC "Rugged Researcher" from Mor Dhona to the Sons of Saint Coinach.

One of the earliest lines he says, while I don't remember it word for word, can be paraphrased as "Be wary. The gigas have no love for the five races."

Shouldn't that now be six races, or is this guy so into his field that he completely missed the Au Ra landing on Eorzean shores?

This comes up every so often, but no, it's the five races, referring to the five races native to Eorzea.

Au Ra are not native and are very rare in Eorzea, therefore many scholars might not even know they exist, and even those who do would probably not have them come to mind when thinking of the peoples of the land.

Thanks for a well-put reply! Yeah I was thinking along the same lines myself. I also realized after making this post that of course they're not gonna go back and edit ARR content after HW stuff. There'd be no end to that rabbit hole. So chalk this whole thing up to me not thinking straight.
