I've already talked at length with the support team to try and recover my Whisker of the Brave Cat from the Yokai Watch event. The sword (Whisker) and the shield should have both been in my armoire - the shield still is. The support team told me they still see the item as in my possession but I checked everywhere - my inventory, my armory chest, my retainers, and the armoire again. The /isearch function also doesn't show it. I was instructed by the support team to bring this matter to your attention.

However, our records show that the items you listed appear to be in your character?s possession. Please check your inventory, your retainers? inventories, your Armoire, and your Armory Chest to ensure that the item is indeed missing. If you check these storages and the items are still unable to be found, you may be able to reobtain this item by speaking to the Calamity Salvager NPC in any of the starting cities.

The Salvager only supplies the Watch itself, none of the Arms.

Please help, I had these sitting in my armoire waiting for the perfect glamours to come along, finally got them and... the blade is just... gone... but the shield remains (as does the watch and the Machinist weapon I bothered to grind for)
