[LFM] [SC/MC] 3(4) Newbies looking to start new raid group

EDIT: We've gotten our squad, but I can't seem to delete this thread. Consider it deleted though.

We have:

• Bard/Ninja
• Black Mage
• Scholar
• Dragoon (Interested in transferring to join)

Looking for:

• 2 tanks
• 1 non-Dragoon melee DPS OR 1 Bard (I'm willing to play either Bard or Ninja)
• Astrologian or White Mage

None of us have ever done any savage raids, so we welcome other newbies, though we wouldn't mind one or two more experienced guys to help us out. We are also hoping this turns into a long-term group for Stormblood and beyond.

Available raid times (all in mountain time):
Mon: 6:30pm - ~10pm
Tues: 7:15pm- ~10pm
Saturday: Whenever, probably starting after 5pm
Friday: Never (Willing to do sometimes if enough of us can't make a particular saturday)
Sunday: Never

We're not looking to create a super hardcore group, but we're also not fucking around here. If you can't make it to a raid day, we expect a notification at least a day before, or as soon as possible if it's an emergency.

Edit: We're hoping for two raid days a week, Saturday + Monday or Tuesday

Newb here. If you guys are still looking, I can fill any of the spots you need. I never got into savage raiding, hell there is still some raids I haven't done on normal lol, I'm currently on another server but I don't have a issue xfering. I might need to gear a little bit more on a couple jobs, but let me know what you're still needing. I also have a friend that could fill astro or bard, I think even a tank spot. Anyways let me know here if you're still looking. I mainly play my ninja/bard/astro. I have tanked quite a bit, I mained a warrior in 2.0 and switched to drk in 3.0 but since It's mainly just me I've just been flopping with what to play.

We're definitely still looking. We're at 4 total right now, my two friends and I and the rando who wants to play Dragoon, so we need both tanks, a 4th DPS, and a non-Scholar healer. If your friend wants in and plays Astro, then you could do pretty much whatever you want. Otherwise if they wanted Bard, I would be Ninja and you'd have to choose between tank or heals.

I'm locked into either Bard or Ninja, all my other classes are way below ilvl 245. Likewise, my Scholar friend can only do Scholar. My friend who plays Black Mage could possibly do White Mage, but she much prefers Black Mage.

I'll talk to my friend and see what he wants to do. I can Drk, War or Nin. I'll have to do some gearing took a couple month break so I come back and need to grab some gear. I'll let you know what he wants to play.

Cool, let me know if you're in and what you wanna play. That way I can actually specify what classes I need to fill out the team. I've annoyed a couple people by not being able to provide concrete details. I also found someone on the server already who might be interested would join as a White Mage. He seems a little hesitant though because I've got two ??? right now with you and your friend.

Edit: For Tanks, I want Paladin/Dark Knight main tank and Warrior off tank. I personally think that is the best way to go

Edit 2: How long would it take to get to ilvl 245? We might just start out with Sophia Extreme so people who need good weapons could get them. Not sure yet

Hey, if you find people on your server that's fine. It might take me awhile to get to 245, my most geared toon is only 237 and that's my bard. If you want people asap and can find them on famfrit go for it. If you feel like you can wait then let me know what you want me to pick up and play. Sorry I was away last night.

I dont know if you're still recruiting for your raid group, but count me in!! I've an AST (210) and a PLD (248) wich is my main. Aiming now to get into savage to keep myself gearing up!
