Feast Party Win Trading / Primal

It looks like Light Party Feast win trading has now come to Primal. We just intercepted one of the two parties on Exodus who are win trading and after one loss they suddenly stopped queuing.

The booster is in Top 3 of the final Season 1 Aether party ranking. Not only they will not get banned, they'll walk with their prizes because we saw how SE cares. Inaction only promotes such behaviour and we'll only see more of this in the future.

Don't worry, they actually do respond to that kind of report. On chaos datacenter some traders were wiped from the rankings and temporarily banned. According to Yoshida they even routinely switch encryption method on data packets to interrupt the use of illegal performance-enhancing third-party tools. So there is some effort to keep the integrity of rated pvp.

As someone who has sat in queue for HOURS in both seasons let me tell you how untrue this is. They either A. dont have a method of tracking this or B. don't have the man power. We've talked to GMs multiple times on Aether and the only evidence they will accept is self incriminating text/chat in game. which is laughable. We told them to go look at the game history of known win traders and they just won't. Its sad. Chaos got lucky in my opinion due to how obvious that guy cheated and advertised

Who exactly do you think it is? because #1 and #2 still play on those same characters on Aether so im guessing you mean #3...? in which case yea he stopped queueing/manipulating the second we made that post on the forums. But his characters are still on Aether. Think you might have the wrong person

I personally don't think they are win trading. I am actually in the Linkshell these guys are in and its used to set up these games and they mostly aim to gather people up in order to play light party Feast. They actually didn't play one day because they couldn't find a healer to play. Doesn't exactly sound like win trader behavior to me since if they were win trading they could get any random person to fill the role.

Here is the basic situation on Primal as far as Light Party goes. Ques just don't happen, and when they do happen it is through people setting them up before hand and agreeing to play. No one is going to sit in que forever hoping someone else ques. Pretty much everyone you see on the leader board now is a product of set up games. I have seen pure Leviathan server people do this and in the end they were not called out for win trading.

Now it may seem weird that this one guy came out to win pretty much all games but it really isn't in the context of Exodus as a server. You can imagine if I ended up taking their invitation to play that I would probably end up winning a majority of the games. Why? Imagine the following scenario(Ranks are in context of solo que skill):

Team 1: Bronze Bronze Bronze Silver

vs

Team 2: Bronze Bronze Bronze Platinum(Me)

In that scenario I would end up winning pretty much all the time in the same way as the current rank 1 did.

In the end, everyone on Primal knows the only way to get games is to set them up. What they are doing on Exodus is no different in that context and unless I somehow missed the dastardly colluding, I don't think they are win trading.

If you are severely outclassed, and you are only going to be playing 1 team over and over again, I think most people wouldn't keep queing. Which I believe is what happened in your case.

You can pretty much blame the fact that light party que is so dead that it'll match bronze/silver tier players vs gold/plats which has contributed to light party become even more of a ghost town.

It might be hard to accept. But I don't think party que on any datacenter displays a accurate depiction of competition.
