L2 on PS4 Controller Making Character Walk, Causing casting interruptions

On my PS4 controller the L2 only highlight the left side of the cross-bar. No auto-walk, that is on L1.

I bought a new controller today hoping it would fix the issue, yet it persists on the new one as well. How do you turn auto-walk off?

I think system configuration -> controller -> 2nd option
