Removing unsynced would just make it worse, no one want's to do 2.X primals synced again especially since i can't see myself functioning without Iron jaws.

I initially though the same, but like others have already said. This wouldn't help new players. People would simply make parties with friends or as someone else pointed out, spam retry on the particularly annoying primals. If newer players did join a PF group. Expect to see them kicked quickly if they can't handle the fights.

No thanks, been there and done this stuff back when it was relevant; nothing will make me go back and do that stuff again in level-sync. If they decided to do this then I'd quite happily just pass on doing the primal and coil parts, well, I already do but I cherry-pick the super easy ones, so...
Just accept it, nothing they can do will make old content relevant to oldies to help newcomers or force them to do it level-sync in DF. These pointless things they've added so far have only encouraged PF exp-only groups and undersize/unsync runs even more. Then you have mentor roulette which I can safely say is NOT used properly, and by large is not used much at all.
*edit* Also, people grunt and groan when they have to do old content as is, even more so when they see a new person there to potentially make it take longer, then you get the general attitude of speedy-gonzales exploding on people for little mistakes or top-level guy bullying little newblet for a minor offense; is making these people more forced than they already are to mingle with "the great unwashed" by chance really going to be good for either side? I know my answer, a great big no.

How about... Nah, don't wanna do the EX primals synced again, I been tortured enough, thank you.
I think this works just fine in helping new people clear content... especially ARR primals and coils. Unsynced, and with half-competent players, this content is completely clearable, and easily enough to carry one or two sprouts. I usually get fairly satisfied when I see that I can land a stamp and a second chance point in a single primal run, to be honestEveryone can get what they joined for and call it a day.

Unsynced is fine. It will be impossible to make all old content relevant again in it's original form. Unsynced at least brings some life back to it.
OP: If you wanna do it synced be my guest. But lucky for us - you don't speak for everyone

Unsynced is fine with me, too. I also don't mind people coming in worth bonuses to do the content... I need those second chance points, too, and the tome bonus is nice also. ^.^;

Then the only way you could force what you wanted would be for the tails to count you have to either... queue solo in DF, or have at least one newbie and do it at minimum ilvl sync (however for the latter people would just create alts and use jump potions once Stormblood comes out, and still only run it with friends). Do either of those, and even if you offered gear 300 item levels higher than the highest ilvl otherwise available, people would still refuse to do it. Because no amount of incentive would make people do that.
White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
Hmm, I see what your intent is by requesting it, but I think I have to lean on the side of everyone else who mention that allowing the content to be unsynced has made it relevant again - at least from a PF perspective. Dead to DF queue isn't all that bad given the tails state of PF.
