We're also on NA Midgardsormr and having the same problem. We got about an hour of play in, from about 10:00-11:00 AM PST, but then we both got booted and can't log back in again. Sometimes in the character screen we can see the characters, sometimes we only see the names, and sometimes even the names don't show up. If we do try to log in we get the 1014 error. My SO is on PS4, i'm on PS3. We've both tried existing and restarting the game with no luck. All the server trackers (including the official one) say that Midgardsormr is online.
