Why do people come here and post rubbish like this, there's no way to know whether the poster is telling the truth, more to the point why would anyone care, we've all experienced bad players if we all came running here to post about it the forums would be full of nothing but rants.

You're quite right. For all we know, the op could be the reason for the wipes and have terrible dps. I never known a group who couldn't down all the fireballs even with a dead dps
Also I agree with the blm, he/she should have been attacking one or two of the fireballs by himself.

I always attack distant targets as any caster job. It lowers my DPS if I have to cancel a cast because a melee scored a run of crits and downed a target while I was casting. And it's more efficient to have the melee covering less ground instead of having to do a lap of the entire arena on foot to hit every individual enemy. Not saying this proves your party didn't suck, but the rage a BLM feels when a long cast is aborted because everyone wanted to attack one target at a time is real.

I think the only person that ever got unbanned was Dervy (what a legend!) and they ended up banning him again. I'm not even sure how he managed to do it, GMs straight out say there's no appeal process.

They banned Dervy? I'm curious why, though part of me guess it's because he advocates parasing and makes guides on how to do it.

This is most of the playerbase. It's between this and those jackasses that THINK they know everything and don't listen/resort to insulting you when you offer advice.

This is why I'm done "teaching", unless someone asks me specifically to teach something about my jobs/a certain fight.
