    While I can see what your saying I actually wish there was more job specific gear choices. It annoys me when several jobs have to use the same piece especially when you can only glamour it once. My scholar looks cool but my whm looks ughhh.

    Paladin looks the part but warrior ughhhhh

    An alternative gear source would be nice, although I find I rarely play anything but my main anymore. Diadem gear was great when it was first released, but the gameplay was awful, and RNG could make the gear too weak or too strong... needed a tighter substat range on both ends.

    I'd like a tomes catch-up mechanism.... like if you fail to cap one week the amount you missed is added to next week's cap. This rollover cap balance would go up to 2000, so basically after 4 weeks of not playing, you'd start to lose potential tomes in the 5th week. I've only come up short twice since launch because of travel/holidays, but I wish I had some way to get those 160ish tomes back.

    Now THIS I can get behind. This sounds like an amazing idea. If you take a 2 week holiday or something and miss out because you can't play, you can just push extra hard in the week when you return to catch up. But I agree it needs a cutoff like you suggested, and I think 2000 is a nice amount (it's the hard cap on the amount you can carry at once). But, I think the cap should be dynamic based on how many you have at the time. So let's say you have 500 tomestones, the most you can get including rollover would be 1500.

    As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
