I don't know all the specifics but if you want a simple answer it is because they rushed the release date. I think many of those things and if you add the really messed up market system that originally launched and wasn’t fixed until December are the reasons that they had to change out many of the developers and the new ones are still trying to fix all the mistakes. We need to wait until around 2012 I think until this game will be complete.
