Botany takes too long

I have to agree with most of the other posters and say that I found levelling my gatherers easier than any other classes, and my crafters easier than levelling my DoW/DoM. I don't think I did anything special either, just gathered mats I needed or to sell, did leves, no collectibles or anything like that (fancy stuff, pfft!) But I love gathering, it's very soothing XD. You get RIDICULOUS amount of XP just for chopping down a log. And FSH, wow, I got to 56 with FSH in a few hours (fishing being especially stress free!)

1-30 in 18 hours seems very slow w/ GC mats. Heck, I remember leveling Btn being more of a factor of how many leves I had left and not a time thing. I would check /r/ffxiv, but some of the leveling leves are much better than others when it comes to exp. I don't remember the exact ones, but I do remember that there was in order for turning them in and getting a certain one renewed every time for more exp.
