Hello folks!

I'm sure this has happened a bunch of times but, I'm quite worried!

So I bought the game on Steam and I wanted to add the license to my existing account (number 1), but I accidentally registered the code to a new account (2). the mogstation site is so confusing to work with that I really couldn't tell the difference until I realized I couldn't find my lvl 50 character on Steam version.

I sent a ticket to Square support center regarding this exact issue, and they immediately answered with an automatic email saying that the issue would be resolved within 2 days. But it's been a week and nothing happened. I looked up online and saw that some people had this issue and had to call SE in order to get it fixed, but they waited over 8 hours on phone hold! That's something I simply can't do...

Is there anyway else I can contact Square to help me? Ticket number: 6657901
