Jump potion: automated process, highly in demand because a lot of people who are starting the game want to join friends/the majority in the endgame, process can be guranteed

Restoring character data: Has to be done manually, data has to be stored somewhere, back ups have to be made and saved, process might not be a 100% depending on the latest back up (I've also read several stories about people having issues after they got their characters restored - missing job crystals, items etc.), most people dont delete their character, so there wouldnt be a market for this
