Remove the One time character restore rule!

I highly doubt this would have any noticeable impact on GM response times. It's simply not that common an issue, and honestly SE could automate the process if they wanted (as Blizzard has).

I am sure you haven't noticed but 14 is run by two hamsters and a spinning wheel. They clearly say all the time, "If you want that we are not doing something else." Also to the automated restore. This game has some serious design issues compared to other games. Or at least we are led to believe and that's why X thing isn't possible.
