Darune Larch's Beach house has be demolished

I am first going to say sorry if i come off a little angry right now. I was first concerned on to why my house was demolished to being very angry at the customer serves i have received today.

So i have been busy with life. but i make sure to log into the game at least once or twice a week to mess with the market. The longest i have been away from the game sense i bought this house is 2 weeks. I log on today and my house is gone. so i send in a ticket asking why my house is gone. They just send me a link going http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...3e7ccabefa9954. Like i dont know the rules for why my house could be gone. So i send in anther ticket stating more info about my house being gone and they just say go to the forums. When i send in a ticket i aspect help form the company or info saying we cant help at this moment but will be with you as soon as possible. Not telling me to go some place else and bitch on a forum. so can some one here please help me in getting in touch with some one who can actual help me.

My house has been demolished even though I have

• Logged in and been inside of my hosue in the last 45 days
• never recieved a auto-demolition timer on my duty tab
• never got an email at the 35, or 42 days

To get an answer you *MUST* fill in the full report form or you will be ignored & your complaint closed. You also put it in Technical Support - I would suggest that Bug Reports is more appropriate as it must have been a bug if your house was deleted.

Again, to reiterate, report this in the Bug Forum & use the official report form or you won't get anywhere other than more upset & frustrated. Good luck.
