If anything we need further differences.

Yes, please. Add some differences between the playable races in terms of aesthetics - exclusive emotes/glamour/hairstyles and erode away the stuff that impacts PvE/PvP.
Oh yeah, every tank should be a Seawolf Roe, just for the highest Vit and Str
The differnce in stats is so low, it doesn't really interfere with the gameplay unlike other games, not only MMORPGs, where the stat differences will get exponential with increasing level and some classes/jobs are not useable for a race cause of the stat differences...
I think here it is so less importent, if you are not for world first raid clears, that it won't have any influence on the race decision out of early game perhaps.
It's nice you can differ the more "educated and civil" races and clans from the "brute and uncivil" races and clans

I agree with the OP. There is no point of having them there so just get rid of them. For those of you who want even more difference between stats... yeah, what a wonderful idea to do that with a game that prides itself by letting you play all classes on one character. Cripple people for choosing a race they love.![]()
I very much disagree with making stats even more different. I play my character because of how it looks not because of stats and it's good that way. All races need equal ability to perform all roles and making each race have specific stats would pretty much destroy everything.
I don't want to have to be an Elezen to play BRD. If I'm a lalafell, I don't want to be a Roe to tank.
@OP, the difference is sooo tiny it's not as big as you think. Think of it this way Zumi, VIT is 1 point of damage right?
-6/10 VIT = 60% damage loss
-6/100 VIT = 6% damage loss
-6/1,000 VIT = 0.006% damage loss
No need to worry about it : p

Adding my voice and disagreeing, homogenization of races is bad and differences are so tiny as it is.
I don't care.
No, can't support this. The minor changes in stats lend their way into the lore differences between the different races and tribes. The miniscule difference in stats at end game isn't worth destroying lore over.
Racial stats don't matter regardless, so whether they even them out or not it doesn't matter. You'll never, ever need those extra points of STR/VIT/DEX/whatever. The only point where they were useful was insanely early world prog for Gordias and that's never happening again.
