Ah, yes, this is SE's EU region 'products' site, it's simply merchandising tied to their games and an on-line Store for buying games directly, you don't have to register there at all (MY FFXIV copies aren't registered there only my FFXI games!), don't worry that somehow your game account isn't properly registered, the Mog Station is the only place you need to setup an account and since you say you have set up a subscription I think you're all set.

After reading your post I logged in there I too got that 'enter registration code' page, I have no memory of that but that may simply be I forgot it did that .. HOWEVER .. I was able to get past that page simply by clicking the MY PROFILE link at the top right and and after that I was able to get everywhere on the site I think.

Try doing that. My assumption is that this is simply SE being 'helpful' to new customers in providing them with an 'in your face' page to enter a product code.

I'm afraid I don't have any real idea how you can find out your product code if you really do want to register it.
