Still haven't received Tokyo Fan Fest bonus item

Yesterday I posted a thread that the code I got was saying Invalid. Well Square Enix later said all codes would work after midnight pst, and mine did. However I still have not actually received anything from the Moogle Delivery Service. I just want my damn minion... I logged out, logged back in, nothing. I have space, but deleted a few more pieces of mail, nothing. I hit the Reattempt Delivery button, nothing. Waited like an hour and a half then logged out and back in, nothing. What gives???

To turn in the Code you would be allowed to do so at Midnight.

Receiving the Items is different though, its tomorrow so no worries.

They said it be redeemable at midnight not that you would get the item at midnight

Fan Festival Tokyo in-game item codes will be redeemable on Mog Station starting at midnight (PST)! Sorry for the confusion! Get HYPED!

Still a load of bunk. Having to wait until after the fanfest to get the item. You didn't have to wait for the Las Vegas one to end to have gotten Rikku. Why make it different now?

I got my code together with the confirmation mail i payed for the stream, not some extra mail later.
Might want to to check that mail from a couple weeks ago.

Yes people did the las vegas fan fest code was redeemable October 14th but wasn't sent until October 16th after the fan fest which was the 14/15th of October.

I only got one email, and it's in Japanese. There is no item redemption code... at all... in the email. >_>
