Still haven't received Tokyo Fan Fest bonus item

I got my code together with the confirmation mail i payed for the stream, not some extra mail later.
Might want to to check that mail from a couple weeks ago.

I only got one email, and it's in Japanese. There is no item redemption code... at all... in the email. >_>
