Can Red Mage start at level 30?

Some people enjoy leveling and learning their jobs can we start at level 30. Instead of 50 it makes more sense since jobs (including heavenward jobs) start at 30.

They said a while back they were going to change up how job quests worked from 4.0~. So it really doesn't matter what level the job starts at. It could have a quest every level for all we know. Personally, I would like to level RDM to 60 quickly and use it for 4.0 MSQ. So I'm fine with 50 as a starting point.
