Because every other shirt so far had pointed out very obvious traits of the jobs. Batman and Scarlet Witch had to do with the name and 007 with the use of guns/gadgets. Now, implying the name of the director is unlike the previous hints and is more of a conspiracy theory.

Honesty making a subtle hint about Samurai without completely giving it away would be quite difficult so he went with something more obscure keeping with the marvel theme.

MCH uses guns and turrets and not gadgets and is a further stretch than the batman and scarlet witch though. RDM is not even a witch. Now, if our chocobos had an ejector seat and shot rockets, it would have been less of a stretch =P
