Maybe. But theft and datamining is very different... In MOST cases you aren't taking profit away from a company, and you know, it's files that are literally put on your computer when downloading X Patch, looking into files ALREADY on your computer and stealing something from an outlook is COMPLETELY different and should not be viewed in the same moral standpoint. But your diverting me into an opinion based argument which I would rather avoid.

I'm just ever again baffled at the notion that some people apparently consider not breaking the rules they agreed to abide something that deserves respect, is all.

Your not wrong. Breaking the rules is breaking the rules.. But's it's not harming anyone, players botting on the other hand and harassing other players is harmful though as it effects the economy and subs.
But can we not compare datamining to tax dodging? It's completely different. EVERY game gets datamined, and all that datamined information is fed to the community as a whole, in turn trolling dataminers is trolling the community. Yoshi-P said he likes to troll, sure. But to this extent? No, that would be insane.

It sucks that these files were put into the game, when they could of just held off til 3.55 easily. But people make mistakes and this was most likely an oversight.
