Blue Mage maybe? They do what others can. But that link in tenuous at best I know as well. Also, considering Yoshi-p is Japanese and his age, he may be more familiar with the "Supaidāman" tv show instead which had Spider-man but a completely different origin and story (but basically the same abilities). The familiar western Spider-man song wasn't in that show that I know of.

I guess it could still be samurai or even dancer as well just Spider-man is so ambiguous... Based on the interview though, he seemed to say he was wearing the spider-man shirt as based on who he is and now necessarily his depictions in various movies... His characteristics and etc... But since he chose the shirt himself, it's just his idea... so it's not like its Illuminati level complicated. He probably just got a idea, bought a shirt and put it on... At least in the interview he seemed happy we are putting so much thought into it...lol

No. Sam Raimi isn't ruled out. This is a translation of the section about the shirt:

It looks like the Shirt may be a double reference to both Samurai and Blue Mage (which could easily be a tank).
