Very true. I'm only basing my thought assuming they'd want at least 1 job to tie in with the new expansion region. Astrologian was like -the- heavensward job because astrologians were already a thing before that. Even though none of us expected it to become an actual job.

Even if ony one job is restriced to Ala Mhigo, you can be sure that the backlash will be huge, because, suddenly, everyone will want to play that job :-p

The thing is, even the three jobs from HW has very little connection to Ishgard itself. You could have easily unlocked AST at the Observatorium at Camp Dragonhead, DRK at...well, frankly, anywhere in the world...and I don't play MCH, but I doubt the connection is that important.

The fact is, there was no previous statement claiming "we will only do two jobs" or "we don't do three jobs".

You can say she's not MNK, but the implies only that she isn't a MNK, nothing else.

But not saying she's a MNK doesn't imply that she's not.

It's not about the city, it's the culture. And its entirely possible to have a discipline of Ala Mhigan origin to make its way into Eorzea, if it didn't exist there already.

But the only culture of Ala Mhigo we know is tied to MNK. Why should BLU or DNC be tied to it more than any other location
