Yet you think that the absence of a third silhouette is an evidence of absence of a third job.
The absence of evidence means anything is open, only when there is evidence of absence would there mean nothing exists, but whatever. There being only two silhouettes implies nothing, and implies anything. There's potentially any reason it can exist, when it didn't before. The fact they chose a background this time around, not that they used the same slide (I don't know why you automatically assume that) either is just space or reference to something. This is how speculation works. This is the basis of theorycrafting and how people discover and understand.

He speaks for his team, but he also speaks for himself. If there was zero possibility that his team could not provide, he would say. But either his team can try, or he will try and get them to. Either works, but that he did not hold out on his previous statement means its up in the air again.

Or him not talking about the datamine is a testimony that SAM really is coming, since there would be no reason of not denying it.
You have to look for what's explicitly stated as yes or no. Time and time again he has said if something is not possible, or at least not yet. He has been very clear on those boundaries. You can say she's not MNK, but the implies only that she isn't a MNK, nothing else. It could mean she is a DNC, or it could mean she is something else. NPCs have their own thing and do not exist solely in the same boundaries as the player. But if he says she isn't a MNK, then you take that as an absolute. That means anything else is possible until proven otherwise.

You use a process of elimination, but only when the elimination is clear and concise. Until word is made from the same mouth the opposes the previous statement.

It's not about the city, it's the culture. And its entirely possible to have a discipline of Ala Mhigan origin to make its way into Eorzea, if it didn't exist there already.
