So far the only kind of person I think could train us would be a Doman, a war vet perhaps, but thus far none of the Doman's that managed to flee to Eorzea were of that occupation. Yoshi said the jobs revealed would be jobs available to us from the get go of the expansion, so I'm thinking they would come from people we already know or those who can readily get in contact with us.
One thing to remember is that the Ninja trainer(s) didn't come with the Domans of the MSQ, so IF the Samurai is Doman(s) they could simply be others who have come here on their own. Could even actually be a Ronin on their own.
