Monks are a SPECIFIC Job in this game, and the woman in red fights like one. Its easy to believe she is a Monk instead of a new Job who's fighting style is extremely similar to Monk.

With 4.0 cross class system will change!
They already said it will focus more on the role and not on the job, so its possible we can choose from all meele skills as "meele DPS" and so on...

Edit: my mistake, should have written "(..) it may be possible that (..)" wasnt trying to say that they plan on doing so

Still, we will have Unique Job Skills too - my guess is because of how each job is getting their stacks and power ups (just think on how diablo3 does it)
They will not begin from scratch, so i think it is some sort of buff management or chain system to make some skills "better" for your job than others...
