Im going with the bluemage theory^^ as many already said, spidey = gaining powers by "attacked " by an animal, several animalistic enemies , but got maybe an interesting idea: read in another thread, that at the end of the sb teaser, the 2 monks "energy" could resemble red and blue mage, so I watched it again and found something, that may be another "colour " analogy, the female monk wears red, and at that part where they switch to that one worker with the cannon, the chocobo in the background wears a blue barding, veeery far fetched i know and the worker / the clothing in general kinda looks in my opinion similar as the bluemage in xi, it fits way better to ala mhigo than SAM ( which would fit better to Doma) + there are a few similiarities with raubahn and xi , which may be just a coincedence ^^

I also think that BLU would be a tank or atleast a tank/ xx hybrid, because you should be kinda tanky if want to learn skills by getting attacked by monsters
