I'm not a big fan of the idea that both new jobs will be using swords as their weapons. If they let Dark Knight have a scythe after Stormblood that'd shake things up a bit more, but idk if they even have any plans for that outside of Yoshi vaguely stating "mebee" in a interview once.

I will admit, I don't see us getting a necro class but the idea of undead arms reaching from the ground, conjured mini portals used to strike and such. Wouldn't argue one bit about it myself.

Eh. Any Chemist or Calculator/Mathematician argument for Spiderman is a no in my book anyway. "Genius scientist or inventor" is an overused superhero trope that a multitude of superheroes could represent and Spiderman, the superhero, is not widely known for fighting crime with his genius.

The rest of the shirts from the past were either synonyms or allusions. Samurai, Dancer, Chemist, or Calculator/Mathematician are neither synonyms for Spiderman nor allusions of Spiderman. Any and all exposed links these classes/jobs have with Spiderman is due to predictable, flawed reasoning that starts a desire: "I want XJOB to be in the next Expansion. The hint for the newest job for the next expansion is 'Spiderman' the superhero. How can I link XJOB to 'Spiderman'? *proceeds to Google 'XJOB Spiderman' and finds stuff*

To me, it goes like this. The t-shirts always had a direct implication to the powers/appearance/name of the job they were representing. Therefore, as much as I want Samurai to be the case, it is sadly hard to accept the director(Sam Raimi) to be the true hint.

With the above being said, I think of clues related to the Spiderman image. Strangely enogh, Puppetmaster is the only job that decently resembles Spiderman: Melee fighter with strings that will also have pet-puppets.

Hence, unless there is a formal rejection of Puppetmaster, I cannot see how it won't be the case if we consider the t-shirt to actually imply a new job.
