Because every other shirt so far had pointed out very obvious traits of the jobs. Batman and Scarlet Witch had to do with the name and 007 with the use of guns/gadgets. Now, implying the name of the director is unlike the previous hints and is more of a conspiracy theory.

Yoshi said when he wore the shirt: "I like the guy with the golden gun". Therefore, he immediately pointed out the gun aspect and the agent theme had to do with the gadgets.

Or maybe it could be something along the line of the MCH/AST reveal. You know, being SAM and another job directly linked to Spidey. If it is just SAM as suspected, then the shirt speculations will definitely lose tons of credibility.
