Sylph-inflicted Wounds -Certain mob not popping-

I have done this a couple of times and each time only 1 Water Elemental for the whole leve duration would pop thus rendering the whole leve a big whopping fail.

Twin Adder Grand Company Leve at Treespeak "Sylph-inflicted Wounds" on Lindblum server.

• Nibbled Toadstool x2
• Water Elemental x2
• Lightning Elemental x2

Don't know if it is just me but thought I should give you a heads up.

EDIT: I killed about 10 Lightning, 6 Toadstools, and the only Water was at the very start.

Ah very sorry forgot to do that:

Date & Time: First was 13th November and second, 20th November (sorry can't remember time but between 10am~3pm each time)
Frequency: Always (attempted twice each time it was available)

Race: Miqo'te (Moon Keeper)
World: Lindblum
Class/Skill Level: LNC/40~45
Area and Coordinates: Around Treespeak (sorry can't remember both time exact locations)
Party or Solo: Solo

Monster Name: Water Elemental
In-Game Time: can't remember
Steps:
1. Initated the Grand Company leve "Sylph-inflicted Wounds" from Lodall at Treespeak
2. Started killing required monsters with the first being a Water Elemental
3. Killed it first and went on to next monsters (Nibbled Toadstools and Lightning Elementals)
4. Kept an eye out for another Water Elemental while I kept on killing currently popped monsters
5. By 0:00 on timer a second Water Elemental never popped
6. This happened both attempts

On a side note, I do remember the latest attempt, the leve information that pops up telling you what you have to kill out of how many did not appear until I killed my first monster but put that down to some sort of lag.

Got it available again today at 21:52 GMT as Lancer (45) and all three monsters popped with 2+ however instead of the Toadstool it was a Wind Element instead.

(Don't know if it would affect it but some added information nonetheless!)
