    No crysta has been add after I paid my money by using paypal

    Yesterday, I use paypal to purchase crysta. 12.99 usd had been paid and I received email confirmation of payment from paypal but I have not received any crysta in my Mog station.
    Someone please help, I miss my game so much. T w T
    After I sent the email to SQE support center, there was no response from them.
    I am really worried.

    Go back to PayPal and check the payment history.

    A long time ago I had issues with SE and PayPal buying Crysta, when I checked PayPal I saw that the transfer had been requested by SE, PayPal and authorised it and then shortly after SE's payment system VOIDED the transaction and PayPal re-credited my account, SE never explained the problem (in fact my tickets went unanswered). At that time I had to resort to PaySafeCard!

    I've played SE MMOs since 2005 and throughout that entire time SE's payment system has glitched with PayPal from time to time.
