Cannot find additional story quests after Mizzenmast Repast

My lalafell Arcanist Akira kira is currently stuck as i cannot find any additional story quests in the area of la noscea. i have accepted every quest i can find and completed all of them, the only quests i have yet to do are level 1 guild quests, all quests have been completed, including the repast, but i cannot find a further one.

i am at a loss of what to do and cannot find any information on this. the only other instance of this story was on this forum, hence me posting this here. apologies if this is the wrong forum.

If mizzenmast repast is the quest you are on, you need to go visit merlwyb by going to the Bulwark Hall. Equip the dress shoes and speak to the NPC called Zanthael.

If you already did this you should be on a quest called the lominsan envoy, where you go visit the other nations, in which case that's why you can't see any more quests in Lisa lominsa

ah i forgot to specific that i have completed that mission, but i cannot find any mission to do after it. this screenshot may provide insight.

Have you tried going to the command room again? I'm pretty sure you need to speak to commodore cleavage a second time.

i am not actually sure how to get back there, i will admit to having been distracted whilst doing said quest

Go to the Bulwark Hall and speak to the NPC Zanthael, which is by the inn on the Upper Decks.
