Steps:
1. I cleared floor 100 of Palace of Dead, without dying on floors 1-100 and didn't get the Pal-less Palace II achievement. But i did get the Pal-less Palace I, upon clearing floor 100.
2. Went to floor 101.
3. While in floor 101, the electricity went out in my house so i got disconnected from game, because the DSL modem closed due to no electricity
4. Appearently, the achievement is earned when you die after the required floor, which is not stated in achievement information. Even if that's how it works, i should be able to get the Pal-less Palace II achievement as i only got K.O. on floor 101 due to disconnection.
