1. I have all the requirements (Disciples of WAr, Magic, Hand and Land at 60, a DPS, Healer, and Tank at 60, 300+ Comms, and over 2,000 Dungeons run)
2. Go to any of The Smith NPC's, unable to become a Mentor, can only ask about how to become one
3. Issue has been ongoing for at least 6 months

For the craft and gatherer do u have four hundred collectables

Not sure if I have the collectibles for becoming a mentor of the Hand or Land, but I should stil be able to become a Mentor for War or Magic
