This is not the first time people do casinos/lotteries and there's always doubts about how allowed it is. To clear this up and avoid problems I decided to create this thread.


Rules of the Gillionaire Lottery: (Just as explained ingame)
 Pick a number between 0 and 999 
 No limit of tickets per player. 
 The same number can be bought multiple times. 
 If more than 1 ticket wins, the jackpot will be divided among winners.

 Winner is decided by /random at 2 AM Server Time 24/12/2016 
A re-roll will happen until at least one winner is chosen.

Initial pot: 10 Million
Price per Ticket: 5k
Every ticket adds 1k gil to the pot

The public list has timestamps, so the gil trade and the numbers picked can be verified by a GM (if it gets to that).
