I forgot it sends two emails. Second went to Facebook email address instead of PayPal adress. I updated original post.

Where it clearly says 12 am on the 24th for the bonus code. You get the minion and the tokens for the clothing at the end of the Tokyo fest, but the clothing tokens can't be redeemed in game until after the EU fanfest.

They have updated the date on that page, earlier today I visited there and was met with the date/time of Dec 23 7am PT. So thank you for linking it again, as I re-checked and the date has been changed.
