the code can not be redeamed till the fanfest tokyo starts so in 7h 26 min from now try again however you can not get the outfits till after all 3 fan fests are completed the minions though you get right away
i think there might have been a typo on the cleeng email but who knows im just going of the fan fest las-vegas what i had to do

I am going to assume that the codes you are talking about are from Cleeng which would explain why you are having trouble. I purchased the Tokyo Fanfest from NicoNico. I have not received any codes from them as of yet. Hopefully this comes later. Please let me know if I am wrong or not.

I'm also using NicoNico and haven't received any codes yet. Maybe the Cleeng codes won't go live until the NicoNico codes are distributed? I sort of hope so, because it sucks being left behind :/

Well I'm glad it's not just me. Also idk where in the cleeng email, it says anything other than the code, but I got the time straight from the square enix support page.

it wont wrk till after 5 pm pst cas time zones japan is 12 hours behind us so 7 am for them is 7 pm for us thats just an example if you live in the us that is

No stop saying that if that's your reasoning.
1, it says 7am PT which is Pacific Time
2, Japan isn't 12 hours behind anyone is the US. The closest they get is 14 hours ahead of EST.
3, you said "wait until 5 cuz 7am is 7pm"... so why are you mixing 7 with 5?
4, the website itself says 7am PT and not "when the show starts" so don't give unofficial info as fact
