If DPS stick to the same mob those long effect CC's (Like sleep, on CONJ, or i know one on THM) work WONDERS when people dont hit the mob after you use it.

I usually remind the DPS in my groups since im still a low level and with new players like myself, but one mention of it and they usually take note to who is hitting me when i CC it.
