Time and again, we (collectively, as proponents of active and engaged healer gameplay) have expressly stated that players who are learning how to play healers and/or are learning specific encounters or mechanics are not reasonably expected to stance-dance like pros from the start. Likewise, players who are in the position of having to use more healing actions due to issues with the party and/or an unusually high healing requirement are not expected to DPS to the detriment of healing. .
Some of you still dont get the point that not everyone understands these things. You are creating an environment that is intolerant of others ability to switch. A healer is never a detriment to ateam because they heal, try doing stuff without one
