    Scary stutters/slowdowns in dungeons

So i just got a new laptop a few days ago for playing XIV, and.. every so often in dungeons (about 2-3 times per dungeon) and possibly raids, the image stutters or slows for about half a second before continuing, and there doesnt seem to be any cause for it aside bad luck so far.. does anyone have a better idea as to a cause or fix?..

    Specs: i7-6820HK (OC'd to 4.1GHz), 2x GTX1080 SLI, 2x850 EVO 500GB in RAID0, MSI GT83VR

Also, not my video but this demonstrates the kind of stutter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Xrk...youtu.be&t=20s after the fade to black and the dragon reappearing it stutters

The stuttering I was experiencing when that video was made was occurring 2-3 times a minute. It was the result of an improper Windows installation. So unless you decided to install a fresh copy of Windows on your new laptop, it's highly unlikely the same problem.

It was a custom install using a windows media something-made bootable USB (after about 8hrs of failed installs from forgetting cant boot from a CD in UEFI..) since i bought the laptop without the RAID0 SSDs. reinstalling fixed it?

If you launch MSINFO32 and check the system summary, for BIOS mode does it say Legacy or UEFI?

    Yes reinstalling Windows fixed it.

I've been seeing stutters in Dungeons and the like, as well. I could be walking along in Ul'dah and everything will be fine, the moment I enter the Hall of Flames or the Quicksand, my framerate drops like a stone.

Inb4 "That Guy" poses the usual "There's a bunch of people" reasoning: My framerate stays consistent while even in Idyllshire. It only bogs down when I'm in an "Internal" cell of any given map, be it dungeon, city, or otherwise...regardless of player count.
