Changing GC have to start from scratch?

So if I change GC I have to start from noobie level again? I just got First Lieutenant with mine. Is this correct?

You'll start at private third class again, yep! But you'll get your old rank back if you decide to return to your old GC

Even the number of GC seals you have will start over at 0!

Because they're different for each GC.
If you go back, you'll get back whatever-seals-you-left in the old one back too.

You can pretty easily get to 2nd LT in a day, it will go a little faster if you have some stuff to turn in for seals (you can do at Sgt 2nd class), you figure this will open your new GC hunt log which also gives nice amount of seals too.

Since you are already 1st LT, your squad keeps their stats, so once you get them opened again, you only need to send them out on the promotion mission again and you are done ! ( I just went from Serpents to Maelstrom myself )

The hunt log is a nice lil chunk, then I used seal sweetner 2 (FC buff) and hit up fates in Blue Fog area , it went really quickly! (if no party your choco helps a lot! )
