To add to Loyalty Mode. Reshuffle all characters to be distributed evenly, albeit randomly across the servers. If you want in on a particular server, someone from that server has to go the Adventurer's Guild and buy a Buddy Pass. And to reduce frustration, the ability to choose a server from rerolling / reloading the character creation process has been removed, so you need only wait for your friend's Buddy Pass.

HAHa oh man that was the most retarded thing. I bet the guy who bought me my buddy pass was so mad when i quit playing.
