    Loot Rules

Why are non-standard loot rules only available for undersized parties or those with party size requirements in DF?

I just had my first aquapolis ninja. Insisted on doing his own maps first, since they were all in the same zone, took about 3M in drops and decided he needed to do Sophia Ex instead.

There needs to be a way to:

    1. Have an option that allows need/greed rolls only for jobs you have leveled that can equip the gear you're rolling on, otherwise pass only. This stops people who haven't even unlocked ACN (for example) from rolling on caster stuff.

    2. Give the party leader loot master, even for open world parties.

    3. Allow a party leader to demote a need roll to a greed roll. Or, at least, give a greed-only option.

    4. For the love of moogles, POST WHO HAS ROLLED in the loot window, perhaps as a mouseover tooltip with checkmarks next to names like the ready check window. That way, we can see exactly who is trolling the roll.

When I did maps the person that used the map and spawned the instance got all the goodies. I know this because I gave them a map and said find it for me. They spawned it, we went in and they got all the loot from every floor we did
even though there is a need/greed/pass option. If they don't pass, they get the loot. Needless to say, I stopped doing maps because some people had 7 or 8, I might have a couple.

Pretty sure there is a chat setting that lets you know who casted their lot.

There is. Let me ask you this: do you like sifting through the chat log, trying to figure out who has/hasn't cast? Or would you prefer a list of names with checks next to them (or not).

Or you can regulate the lot messages to another tab that is not heavily active? Less excuses, more solution finding.
