4. For the love of moogles, POST WHO HAS ROLLED in the loot window, perhaps as a mouseover tooltip with checkmarks next to names like the ready check window. That way, we can see exactly who is trolling the roll.

I could see them showing who rolled a need, greed, or pass via the party list somehow (maybe a N/G/P over the job icon). At least within an instance where it's not possible to kick someone while looting. Outside instances though it may still be possible to kick people. I don't know as I've never tried kicking someone while while looting on spoils.
