No First Lieutenant armor or weps?

So GC does not have any kind of "gear" for first lieutenant? I saw a guy wearing some sort of coat but could not find any info on it. Is it a crafted item?

I know that Immortal Flames get a special helmet and Coat unlocked when they reach First Lt. and they cost a good chunk of seals. But idk about the other GCs.

Each GC had an i100 head and body added in 3.4 for reaching the rank of First Lieutenant. They only appear in the GC shop when you are that rank.

There are also 3 i70 GC Elite sets for each GC (one Tank, one DoW and one DoM) that can be purchase with Hunt Seals.

Untrue, everyone can see the new equipment as evidenced by the screenshot above. Just cannot buy it as its grayed out.

Gridania's body piece. There is a head piece too, but I did not purchase it. Body piece requires 1st Lieutenant rank and 21k seals IIRC.

-sigh- I wish I was 1st Lt. so I can buy the coat and show it off properly, rather then the garbo screenshots I took...feel like I'm doin' the flames a disservice here! D:
